Directions for use to achieve pain relief:

Adults and children over 2: Apply a generous coat 3 to 4 times per day. Follow the instructions on the label. (Consult a doctor before using on children under 12 with arthritis and all children under 2 in need of pain relief). 

• For a joint, such as a knee, elbow, or wrist, apply Doctor’s Pain Formula all the way around the joint, and at least one or two inches above and below the joint.
• For hands or feet, cover the area with Doctor’s Pain Formula, and even apply some to the wrist or ankle to ensure full coverage.
• For an area such as the lower back, apply Doctor’s Pain Formula in a circular motion to the area of pain, traveling just outside the area to make sure Doctor’s Pain Formula gets to the entire area.
• Apply before activity to warm and relax the muscles.
